What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

In the Netherlands we ship for free, in the EU the shipping costs are € 8.75. The rest of the world a custom agreement will be applied. Different conditions apply for bulk shipments and pallet shipments.

Who delivers my wine package?

We have all our packages delivered by Post NL. They have a special department for Bottle Parcels, so that the wine package arrives in the safest and most careful manner.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Bancontact.

How long will delivery take?

LOM uses the following delivery times:

  • In the Netherlands: within 3 working days
  • In Europe: within 7 working days
  • In the rest of the world: within 10 working days
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We handle your information with great care. You can read more about this in our privacy statement. Furthermore, we do not store any payment details and use Mollie, an external payment provider with an excellent reputation.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After the order, we will immediately pick your order and, if necessary, place it in a protective packaging. We then label your order and offer it to PostNL which is insured and delivered to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Certainly. Immediately after the transaction is successful you will receive a digital invoice by email.
