In the well-known Amsterdam Fish restaurant Brut de Mer a boutique kick-off of the Rose and the Frizzante was done. The frizzante is delicious to combine with oysters. First a sip of wine, then a small sip oyster and then you feel the structure from wine to oyster slowly merge.
